Relational Financial Solutions is seeking an Operations Assistant to join the team responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company. In this role, you will support daily finance operations and ensure compliance with legal and internal requirements. Familiarity with audits, invoices, and budget preparation is essential. Our ideal candidate is eager to participate in a wide range of finance department activities, including banking processes, accounts payable/receivable, reporting and budgeting, while demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
Your Responsibilities
- Create and update spreadsheets of financial transactions.
- Review and process reimbursements (expenses, travel, etc.).
- Support budget creation and provide administrative assistance during budget preparation.
- Maintain reports on key financial metrics such as investments, return on assets, and growth rates.
- Produce reports on financial projections, including liquidity and cash flow.
- Assist the Operations Manager in day-to-day management activities.
- Create cost analysis reports.
- Participate in reporting related to compliance with state requirements, banks, and bidding processes.
- Manage contracts and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements & Skills
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including spreadsheets, charts and financial functions.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and ethics.
- Knowledge of financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
