About the role

We are currently seeking a Financial Analyst within our Financial Planning & Controlling team. As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing the company’s revenues and expenses, forecasting financial performance, and managing budgets and business expenses. Through detailed variance analysis and performance reporting, you will provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. If you're eager to strengthen your analytical skills and contribute meaningfully to achieving critical financial objectives, then this role is for you.

What you will do:

Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning
Analyze revenues and expenses, budgeting and controlling business expenses to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business goals
Conduct routes performance analyses and prepare reports providing insights
Collect and analyze data, assess outcomes, prepare monthly management report, highlighting key findings to drive informed decision-making
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for top management to support strategic and operational decisions
Propose enhancements and process automations and improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality

You fit, if you cover the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Mathematics or a quantitative field of studies
Fluency in written and oral Greek and English
2 years of professional working experience in a similar position will be preferred
Proficient user of Microsoft Office

And you have competence in:

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Demonstrating attention to detail
Problem solving and managing projects in an efficient manner
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Working collaboratively
