Role Summary:

The successful candidate will perform administrative tasks, including processing and recording transactions, account reconciliation, preparing reports and budgets, fielding communications with clients, fact-checking and filing, assisting in the collection process of claims recoverable and payments of premiums payable.

Your Role:

• Reconciliation of clients’ balances and of various accounts by client.
• Collections of monthly client balances.
• Preparation and payment of client premium payables.
• Internal communication with departments to finalize monthly production, working with detailed and complex spreadsheets to analyze and review financial results.
• Follow up with underwriting on premium discrepancies.
• Controlling/assisting in reconciling claims, collecting claim recoverable.
• Handling banking needs for clients, including routine monitoring of bank account balances.
• Production and distribution of information requested by external auditors in a timely manner.
• Preparation of ad-hoc reports and assisting with finance projects and initiatives.

What you bring:

• BSc in Accounting and/or Finance, Economics
• 0-2 years of experience in similar position / in insurance industry
• Computer literacy, MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English
• Effective responsiveness to pressure and tight deadlines
• Use of Microsoft Navision is considered as a plus
