What you will do

Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and variances.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.

Conduct cost analysis and evaluate the profitability of projects and products.

Contribute to cash flow management and working capital analysis.

Provide insights and feedback on financial results to senior management.

Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general accounting tasks.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.

Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

Recommend improvements to financial processes and systems.
What you need to bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Professional certification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA) or willingness to pursue one.

1–3 years of experience in a Management Accountant role.

Strong knowledge of Excel and accounting software (ideally SoftONE).

Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to “see beyond the numbers.”

Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Very good command of the English language.
