Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue invoices for services rendered
  • Verify invoice accuracy by checking prices, quantities, and service details
  • Maintain up-to-date customer files, including invoices, billing records, and contact information
  • Issue monthly statements to clients
  • Ensure accurate data entry and billing information
  • Identify and report discrepancies or irregularities to the finance department
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with debt recovery
  • Respond to client billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required, knowledge of other major U.N. languages is considered a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
