FINANCE & ADMIN OFFICER (ATHENS – HYBRID)


Hamlet Student Flats is changing student living in Greece.
We offer fully furnished, modern, eco-conscious buildings for students, across Athens, Thessaloniki, Patra and Komotini.

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Admin Officer to support our growing team. If you're detail-oriented, love spreadsheets, and want to work in a young, ambitious company — join us!

Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping, cash flow tracking, and financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly)
- Budgeting, forecasting, bank reconciliation, and rent collection
- Supporting the manager with purchases, payments, and supplier records
- Collaborate with external accountants

What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ experience in finance or admin, ideally in real estate or hospitality
- Strong Excel and accounting software skills
- Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
- Time management and accuracy
