During this period, we seek to recruit a professional for the following position

                                              ISC Finance Analyst ( Fixed Term)

                                                    for our Finance Department

                                               based in our headquarters in Kifisia

The ISC Finance Analyst reports to the ISC Finance Business Partner and is a link between the organization and Supply Chain Management, actively pursuing the delivery of ISC savings & efficiencies by ensuring accurate reporting and detailed analysis that drive well informed decisions and robust planning & analysis:

What you will be doing:

• Collect and analyze financial data, produce financial reports/statements for ISC functions (Production/Logistic/Procurement), with relevant stakeholder management
• Ensure high quality and timely completion of Month End Close processes, and assist in preparation of latest estimates and budgeting activities for ISC functions            
• Assist managers in the elaboration of resource requirements for budget submissions
• Be responsible for transparency and follow-up in savings development for initiatives in ISC function, as well as overall ISC cost development
• Provide necessary support for Group and local initiatives, including data gathering and analysis, ad-hoc reporting, development and validation scenarios and other finance tasks as may be required for quality decision making
• Collaborate across functions and organizations, namely with ISC functions and FP&A team, local and regional management
• Actively participate in the development of strategies for local ISC functions
• Ensure the correct use of ERP and other reporting and analysis systems in areas of responsibility
• Support simplification, structuring and transparency of reporting, and improve efficiencies
• Provide accurate analysis on variances, and identify Risks & Opportunities

What we are looking for

• University degree in Finance/Business Administration is required
• MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting will be considered as an asset
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Financial Controller or Financial Analyst will be an advantage (Controlling - preferably within production)
• Fluency in Greek and English, oral and written
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other applications
• Experience with SAP will be considered as an asset
