ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, a leading Industrial Company, is seeking for a high caliber professional to join their team.

Technical Services Manager (Ref 6484/TSM/ESS/GR)

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all maintenance and installation activities in accordance with company’s standards and budgets.
• Monitor KPIs, performance ratings, review reports and budgeting.
• Develop and implement appropriate corrective and preventive tasks to achieve results.
• Lead a team of Engineers to maximize safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness, being accountable for teams’ relevant training, reviewing performance and enhancement.
• Ensure that all regulations and rules regarding safety, health, environment, and quality within the team are effectively supported and further developed.
• Use best practices to secure business continuous improvement according to agreed targets.
• Negotiate and handle 3^rd party contracts, equipment, and materials to ensure quality of service as per required standards and agreed SLAs.

Requirements:

• A technical university degree in engineering is a must.
• 10 years of previous relevant working experience within a technical/maintenance. function of a tightly regulated company is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to prioritize demands, delegate effectively and balance workload within a team.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Ability to build on strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making.
• Ability to be responsive, work under pressure, within time and financial constraints.
• Strong project management skills.
