ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, Johnson & Johnson, an American multinational corporation that develops medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods, is seeking to recruit a Junior Project Engineer for its plant in Mandra.

Workplace Location: Mandra, Attiki

Working hours: Monday to Friday, morning hours

Contract duration: 12-months with perspective of renewal

Main responsibilities:

The job holder will be directly reporting to the Technical Operations Manager, having the  following Key Accountabilities:

• Monitor the progress of new manufacturing projects daily
• Coordinate and control various external partners and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with project’s technical, budgetary, and timeline requirements
• Oversee and review technical drawings and specifications
• Manage the communication between the organization and third parties
• Ensure the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies, and compliance with relevant legislation
• Materials schedule and budgeting
• Delivery of the required technical documentation

Candidate Profile:

• University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Previous experience in project management will be considered as an asset
• Fluency in the English language
• Computer Literacy (MS Office)
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
