🧩 About the Role

The Field Engineer provides hands-on technical support for on-site systems, equipment, and network-integrated devices. You’ll diagnose and resolve technical issues in the field, perform system installations and maintenance, and ensure reliable operation of technical equipment and business software. Your work helps maintain smooth business operations by delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused technical solutions.

⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing

• On site Hardware installation, Support, repair of Fuel and IT Equipment/Applications

• Assist users in resolving software/hardware/system related issues by phone, remote, on site.

• Provide work around steps for customers to prevent or minimize impact of problem reported.

• Carry out research to find out the problems and develop solutions using remote access tools.

• Confirm support contract status and determine whether requested support is in scope of the contra

• Build positive relationships with customers

✅What We’re Looking For

• Degree in IT field or Electronic Engineering

• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment

• Previous experience in similar position (experience in Fuel Position will be considered as a plus)

• Understanding of safety guidelines

• Skilled in repair of electronics boards- soldering iron usage.

• Ability to work flexible shifts

• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Windows Operating Systems, basic Networking Equipment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Good understanding in English
