The Role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to be present on-site and ensure that construction works are executed according to plans, specifications, timelines, and safety standards. The role is hands-on and operational, acting as the link between contractors, engineers, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily on-site supervision of construction works
• Ensure works are executed according to drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
• Coordinate subcontractors, crews, and deliveries on-site
• Monitor daily progress and report issues, delays, or deviations
• Verify quality of workmanship and compliance with standards
• Ensure health & safety rules are followed on site
• Maintain daily site logs, photos, and progress updates
• Support the Project Manager with real-time site information
• Assist in inspections, handovers, and snag lists

Required Profile

• 2–5 years of experience as Site Supervisor / Site Engineer / Foreman
• Strong understanding of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Practical problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Strong presence on site and ability to manage crews
• Good communication skills in Greek (English is a plus)

Nice to Have

• Background in civil engineering or technical education
• Experience in renovations, residential, hospitality, or mixed-use projects
• Familiarity with basic reporting tools (Excel, photos, checklists)
