Role Summary – Senior Technical Manager
You will lead TEMAK’s technical department, guide engineering teams, support complex projects, and ensure the successful delivery of reliable, high-performance water treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the technical department.
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of engineering projects.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and field service teams.
- Maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
- Optimize technical processes and workflows.
- Support decision-making in demanding situations.
Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial or technical operations.
- Strong understanding of automation systems.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in engineering/design software and digital tools.
