Η ομάδα μας υποστηρίζει εργολάβους κατά τη διάρκεια κατασκευής σημαντικών έργων υποδομής, όπως γέφυρες, σήραγγες και σταθμοί μετρό, παρέχοντας ένα ευρύ φάσμα λύσεων μηχανικής, που περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων μεταλλικές κατασκευές, προσωρινές αντιστηρίξεις, καλούπια και σκαλωσιές, υποστηρίξεις εκσκαφών και τοίχους αντιστήριξης.

Στο πλαίσιο της διεθνούς μας επέκτασης, ανοίγουμε ένα νέο γραφείο στην Αθήνα. Πρόκειται για ένα ιδιαίτερα σημαντικό βήμα στην πορεία ανάπτυξής μας και αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο Πολιτικό Μηχανικό για να ηγηθεί του νέου γραφείου. Αυτή είναι μια σπάνια ευκαιρία να γίνετε το πρώτο μέλος της ομάδας μας στην Ελλάδα, να δημιουργήσετε ένα τοπικό γραφείο γύρω σας και να παίξετε καθοριστικό ρόλο στη διαμόρφωση του διεθνούς μέλλοντος της Riddwood.

Responsibilities

• Lead Riddwood’s Athens office and establish a local engineering team.
• Work closely with the Australian management team for coordination, handover of information and alignment of project delivery.
• Oversee the generation of high-quality design packages, ensuring compliance with design standards and Riddwood’s QA processes.
• Prepare and manage fee proposals, monitor project progress and budgets, negotiate variations, and complete end-of-month invoicing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.
• Mentor and develop team members in both technical and soft skills, strengthening their capability and value to the workforce.
• Prepare design briefs to match client expectations and translate requests into compliant, workable solutions.

Requirements

• Chartered Engineer with a professional body that has a mutual recognition agreement with Engineers Australia (e.g. ICE, IStructE or equivalent).
• Significant experience in construction engineering, ideally on bridges, tunnels and other major infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven leadership capability, with experience in managing projects and teams of engineers.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and build a team around you.
