ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading industrial company operating in the paper manufacturing sector, is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join its plant facilities based in Pelasgia.

Report : Maintenance Supervisor

As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime. The role also supports maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and adherence to HSE standards.

• Coordinate with Manager to conduct major repairs or preventive maintenance
• Conduct preventive maintenance for all machines based on the plan
• Make minor repairs for all machines
• Collect tools and materials required for the W.O
• Conduct the W.O. according to Manager’s instructions
• Troubleshoot minor problems to resolve production issues even without W.O.
• Maintain & repair mechanical deviations where occurred, to avoid any mechanical stoppages or problems in the plant section
• Dismantle all machines to make sure all parts are functioning appropriately
• Assist the Manager to keep records for repairs and preventive maintenance for future tracking
• Follow and respect all the HSE rules according to the organization policy
• Clean the project area after the W.O. execution

What we are looking for:

• Mechanical engineering degree or Technical mechanical degree
• Up to 3 years experience in an industrial environment
• Completed the military services
