As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and visionary Architect to join our growing technical team, and support a dynamic portfolio of resort developments across various Greek islands..
Position Summary
The Architect will play a key role in the design coordination, review, and technical oversight of both existing and upcoming hospitality developments across Greece. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development and construction of high-end resorts, combining architectural creativity with strong project execution. This role requires site visits to island-based projects.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support the technical team in the design development and detailing of resort projects
- Coordinate with external architects, consultants, and contractors
- Review and assess architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits and provide feedback during the construction phase
- Assist with permitting processes and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across all project phases
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
- 10+ years of relevant experience (hospitality/resort experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and permitting procedures in Greece
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across the Greek islands
