RODOULA S.A., a leading company in the food production industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, supervision, and execution of maintenance operations, ensuring the seamless functioning of our production facilities.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols (Mechanical, Electrical, Infrastructure)
- Plan, oversee, and ensure proper execution of all maintenance tasks (Preventive, Proactive & Reactive Maintenance)
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve technical issues
- Monitor the maintenance budget and control related expenditures
- Manage procurement of spare parts and consumables
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors and technical teams
- Stay informed on new technologies and suggest innovative solutions to optimize production and reduce maintenance costs
- Plan and oversee installation or relocation of machinery (including technical drawings, timelines, etc.)
- Design and manage technical projects, ensuring high-quality results within deadlines and budget
- Promote a culture of safety and enforce best practices in machine and tool usage
- Lead, motivate, guide, and evaluate maintenance teams to ensure high performance
✅ Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food production environment
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in using computer systems and maintenance software
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on achieving operational goals
