CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 28 – 35 years old
  • Military service completed (in case of male candidates)

 

Educational / professional background

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

 

Required skills

  • Related experience preferred
  • Related experience as an Exams Facilitator-Coordinator will be appreciated
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English. Meticulous attention to detail
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and analytical skills, including the ability to work with advanced MS office, complex databases, and spreadsheets
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to initiate programmatic and individual activities while functioning in a team setting
  • A high level of integrity to work with confidential information and manage competing considerations
  • Professionalism, customer service ethic and authority to promote and maintain WSPC standards when working with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to challenge and innovate, developing new solutions and working practices to deliver results
  • WSET Qualifications will be appreciated

 

Major functions

  • Greets students, staff and visitors in a professional manner; answers questions and adheres to requests, and follows the WSPC guidelines at all time, including time on the telephone.
  • Shows outstanding customer service to all callers and visitors, uses discretion handling difficult calls and promptly routes to appropriate dept. / employee.
  • Handles all recruitment administrative staff and front office matters, including resolving issues from students and staff.
  • Travel to other Greek cities on behalf of the WSPC examinations departement
  • Administering mock exams
  • Participate in exam supervision
  • Reviews new student records to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely processing.
  • Monitors admissions advisor’s paperwork for accuracy and generates reports for the Director of Admissions.
  • Maintains calendar and personal database, schedules meetings and events and assists with travel arrangements.
  • Maintains proficiency in multiple databases – entering, searching and updating prospective student information.
  • Uses independent judgment, determining when to act for the Director of Admission and when to refer matters for personal attention.
  • Performs other administrative and clerical duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
  • Completes other duties as assigned by the Director of Admissions.
