Contact Center Engagement Supervisor

 

The role reports to the CxP Manager, you will step in to cover every aspect of training needs within the Contact Center teams and bring tangible results by boosting employee engagement, CSAT, FCR and NPS across touch points!

What you will do:

  • Build, maintain & improve the Contact Center training material.
  • Ownership of functional training for Contact Center teams.
  • Ownership of communication scripts across touch points (calls, written, chat).
  • Adapt & incorporate new processes into contact center training material.
  • Ownership of upskill training within Contact Center as well as refresh trainings on key pain points.
  • Ownership of soft skills training

You are one of us if you meet the following:

  • Have a customer centric attitude & positive attitude
  • Be passionate for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Greek
  • Have a proven track record at least 3 years on similar role
  • Have a prior experience on Call Center & Customer Experience KPIs
  • Have functional skills training experience
  • You master presentation and soft skills
  • Have experience at LMS & knowledge management platforms
  • A good understanding of energy industry will be considered an asset
