We can offer you the following tasks

• Preparation and conduction of theoretical & practical training courses at PrimeServ Academy Piraeus and external training locations
• Development of the trainings including proper didactics, manuals’ explanation, questionnaires preparations and training-related material, based on customers’ needs. Furthermore, to be responsible for continuous improvement of material and teaching, further to customers’ satisfaction and feedback
• Support of Academy’s daily operation
• Preparation and maintenance of Academy’s hardware (electronic equipment, hand-tools, safety gear, manuals, classes, etc) before, during and after a training course
• Technical troubleshooting to customers’ questions
• Safety of trainings’ participants and security of Academy’s premises

You can help us with these qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Marine Technology or relevant technical fields
• Previous experience in shipping industry (experience in Main Engines’ operation & maintenance and/or experience in marine engines performance and electronic systems)
• Fluency in English, both oral and written
• MS office literacy and excellent IT skills
• Strong Communication Skills and excellent presentation skills
• Customer focused, results oriented, high self-motivated and self-organized
• Ability to multitask and deliver results in a timely manner
• Ability to work in a team
