Part-time Lecturers in Psychology

Job Description

Mediterranean College seeks to appoint Lecturers in the School of Psychology.
Successful candidates will be expected to teach in both Greek and English at undergraduate (Bachelor’s) and postgraduate (Master’s) level programmes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a related postgraduate degree
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field

Desirable Qualifications and Characteristics:

• PhD in a relevant subject
• Academic or professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Integrative Psychotherapy
• Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy
• Clinical Psychology
• Developmental Psychology
• Forensic Psychology
• Health Psychology
• Research Methodology
• Counseling Psychology
• Addictions
• Familiarity with the British educational system
• Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
• Strong organizational skills
• Innovative thinking and creativity
• Responsibility and professional integrity
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
