Spanish Junior Ecommerce Coordinator

Are you a native/bilingual Spanish speaker or have full professional proficiency and excellent written/oral communication? Do you love fashion and creativity?  Do you have great communication skills and enjoy offering a unique experience to customers?

B&F Group is looking to hire an Ecommerce Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for giving support to the HQ team by performing a number of tasks focusing on customer satisfaction and order fulfillment activities.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

• Manage all incoming customer contacts (calls, emails, etc.) regarding different service and product inquires (e.g. problems with login, product and availability information, sizing chart questions, registration of phone orders, etc.)
• Community Management (Reply to all Social media inquiries)
• Process all web returns and refunds (Quality control, eligibility of the return form and products, refunds issue, etc.)
• Ensure excellent service standards and high customer satisfaction

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Native or Fluent Spanish Speaker
• High level of English (for training and internal communication)
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Previous customer support experience or similar experience in different service-related position
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
• A team player with high level of dedication
• A strong work ethic and high sentiment of accountability
• Excellent MS Office skills and fluency with e-commerce
• Knowledge of the Bulgarian fashion industry will be considered a plus
