ICAP Executive Search on behalf of its client, is seeking for a:

Research, Insights and Strategy & Manager (Ref. 6457/RSM/ESS/GR)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of qualitative/quantitative research.
• Responsible for the annual strategy and the monthly review.
• Support the annual budgeting procedure of the division.
• Use strong analytical skills to offer insights aiming to consult all stakeholders.
• Present analysis and recommendations to both senior and tactical stakeholders and driving action to achieve results.
• Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Coordinate and execute high quality on-going analytic and ad-hoc requests.
• Help various teams to understand and use data and insights more effectively.
• Advising on best techniques and methodologies regarding new research needs within the business.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing, Media, Social Science or other related field
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience within a highly competitive industry
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and conceptual thinking
• Ability to be an effective team player as well as a team leader
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
