We are currently seeking a Customer Service & Order Specialist to handle customer inquiries and process orders by phone and online. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers feel supported, informed, and confident in their supplement choices.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
• Process orders accurately through our e-commerce and phone systems
• Provide knowledgeable support on our natural health products (training provided)
• Assist customers with tracking orders, returns, and product questions
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with our small, passionate team to improve customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in wellness, e-commerce, or natural products
• Clear, friendly and professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Comfortable using phone, email, and online order platforms
• Detail-oriented and organized
• A positive, empathetic attitude and a willingness to learn about natural supplements

🌿 Preferred Qualifications:

• Interest or background in natural health, nutrition, or holistic wellness
• Experience with remote customer support tools (e.g., Galaxy or similar)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Familiarity with e-commerce
