This is a full-time role for an e-Commerce Administrator at Giovas Group of Brands, located at our HQ offices in Koropi, Attiki.

As an e-Commerce Administrator, your main responsibility will be to oversee the development of the company’s new e-shop (B2B & B2C) and to ensure its smooth daily operations, accurate content management and effective commercial execution.

This position in the newly found e-Commerce Department, will give you the unique opportunity to advance both your professional knowledge and experience within an inclusive and structured working environment that supports taking initiative and action.

 

Responsibilities

  • e-Shop Content Management: Maintain and update the product catalog, website banners, landing pages and promotions to ensure an engaging online shopping experience.
  • Order & Customer Management: Oversee order processing, handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently via email & phone.
  • Operations Coordination: Monitor e-Shop orders and collaborate with Logistics & Warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Marketing, IT) and external partners (Developers, Marketplaces, Agencies) to optimize e-Shop operations, adhering to area-specific requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze e-Shop KPIs, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, customer experience and strategies to drive traffic and boost sales.

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in e-Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or a relevant field.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in e-Commerce.
  • Familiarity with e-Shop content management, including taxonomies, product categories, and product attributes.
  • Experience with product availability and price maintenance for both single products and mass imports.
  • Proficiency in CMS and ERP platforms (e.g. WordPress, SoftOne) and MS Office, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a problem-solving and results-driven mindset.
