We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce and Social Media Manager to join
our team and drive our digital growth.
Role Overview:
The E-commerce and Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing,
implementing, and managing online sales strategies and social media campaigns to enhance
Bill Cost's online presence, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This
role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the digital landscape, strong
analytical skills, and a passion for fashion.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring optimal performance
and user experience.
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates,
and maximize revenue.
Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with the creative and digital marketing teams to ensure product launches,
promotions, and campaigns are executed effectively.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness,
engagement, and loyalty.
Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms, including Instagram,
Facebook and TikTok.
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and
professional manner.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance the brand's reach and
authenticity.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply insights to improve the
brand’s social media presence.
Develop engaging content for our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
to attract and engage our target audience.
Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated drip
campaigns, to nurture leads and retain customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in e-commerce and social media management, preferably in the
fashion industry.
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing software and social media management platforms.
