Qualifications:

- Technical institute degree or equivalent in Product Designing

- 1 to 5 years of experience in box industry

- Good knowledge of designing programs (CAD)

- Basic English language is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Solution-oriented working style with the ability to provide creative and lasting solutions

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the production process end-to-end within the Digital Center
• Maintain machines by changing consumables and lubricating machines
• Cooperate closely with the Technical Manager
• Provide creative strategies and creative solutions upon occurring design issues
• Adjust properly cutting and creasing for materials
• Cutting of manufacturing products on plotter
• Responsible for printing customized orders
• Ability to assembly to use materials more effectively
• Understand the different requirements of each order
• Being able to coordinate the team according to the requirements of each project
• Delegate tasks within the team
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting learning and growth within the team
• Contribute to orders completion according to the clients’ requirements
• Ensure a timely delivery of designs based on the provided Project Plan
• Operate machines following standardized conditions and guidelines
• Ensure that quality guidelines are respected throughout the production
