Graphic Designer 

(Athens, Full-Time)

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing Team at Mediterranean College. You’ll work closely with our Senior Art Director, helping shape and grow our brand across digital and print platforms. This is a great opportunity to flex your creative skills while collaborating on exciting projects that make an impact.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Design fresh, engaging visuals for both digital and print media.
• Create content for social media, websites, Google ads, newsletters, and more.
• Develop print materials like brochures, rollup banners, booklets, and event backdrops.
• Balance creativity with deadlines—juggling multiple projects while keeping quality high.
• Collaborate with the Senior Art Director to help evolve and strengthen our brand identity.
• Take feedback constructively and implement design changes with care and attention.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 1–4 years of design experience in an agency or in-house team.
• Solid skills in Adobe Creative Cloud—especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong visual design abilities across digital, print, and (ideally) some video formats.
• A great eye for detail, colour, layout, and consistency.
• A team player who’s eager to collaborate and learn.
• Strong communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Bonus points if you know your way around After Effects and Premiere!
