Are you ready for a sneak-peek in the day of a Senior UI UX Designer in Netcompany?

Joining us as UX Designer, you will be part of our highly skilled teams for designing large-scale web and mobile applications for a wide variety of technologies and industries. We create UX designs in a broad range of sectors; from finance and healthcare to telecoms, banking, and public administration.

As a Senior UI UX Designer you will:

• Create user-centered / data driven designs
• Liaise with clients
• Communicate your design decisions in a clear and evidence-based manner
• Formulate and define requirements for web and mobile products
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing
• Conduct layout adjustments based on research insights
• Collaborate with many different disciplines
• Be an advocate for user experience best practices across the company

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• 5+ years of experience in UI design with responsive behavior
• Industry experience in Web, Web Mobile, and Mobile app ecosystems
• Experience in design thinking and human-centered design methods and techniques
• Knowledge of Adobe XD or Figma
• Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
• Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
• Methodical, quality, and results-oriented thinking
• Adaptability and a team spirit

It would also be a plus if you match some of the following:

• Familiarity with Material Design
• Experience with data gathering and analysis
