Attica Diamond, an investment company that specializes in land and property investment, is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Interior designer to join our team.

Main tasks: 

• Undertake the design project from concept to completion 
• Set costs and project fees according to budjet
• Research and decide on materials and products for the designs
• Creating floor plans using Autocad
• Manage the coordination of product deliveries and installation
• Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project
• Search for specialist subcontractors to carry out works for small and large scale  project
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Interior Design or  similar relevant field
• Minimum professional experience of 5 years in interior decoration for homes and hotels.
• Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, Sketchup, 3DMax or other design programs
• Creative thinking about the use of space
