Attica Diamond, an investment consultancy company, is seeking for a highly-motivated and experienced architect to join our team

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for Residential projects, from conception to construction documentation
• Develop plans, 3d visualizations and detailed construction drawings that follow the current building codes and regulations, specific standards and guidelines.
• Apply for building permit, including all needed processes.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure the overall progress of all company projects.
• Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction.
• Keep within budgets and timelines.

 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Master is a plus).
• Proven working experience as an architect of 5+ years (please attach your portfolio).
• High level proficiency in 2D + 3D design software (AutoCAD 2D, Revit BIM, 3ds Max (or similar), Rendering Vray (or similar).
• Experience with Greece’s Building Codes and regulations (GOK/NOK) and permitting processes in Greece.
• Experience in a range of project scales, from Masterplanning to Interior Design.
• Communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English.
