Role

• Responsible for building IT services.
• Understanding the client's business needs.
• Providing advice on technology best practices.
• Planning a timeline for completion of projects.
• Business partnering for Business Process Owners/Managers.
• Contribution to Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Service Level Fulfillment (operate by design).
• Management of incidents, problems, access, events and request.
• Monitor external partners on operational level.
• Responsible for crisis coping.
• Contribute to establish a high-performance IT organization.
• Monitor external partners on operational level.

Requirements

• Advanced English and German language.
• 5 years of Business Knowledge, in-depth of overall business models.
• Professional in Identity Management Systems (On-Prem AD, Azure AD), Powershell.
• Professional in Identity Management processes (Access Management, Rights Management, Authentication Processes).
• Ability to drive changes in IT and contribute to change in business.
