🟪Your Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Business Central ERP Consultant to support our clients in implementing, customizing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Business Central. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with full lifecycle BC implementations, strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to provide reliable post-deployment support and guidance.

🟩Your Mission

• Implementation & Configuration: Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering key modules such as Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, and Warehousing.

• Business Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and propose optimized solutions using Business Central best practices.

• Training & Support: Deliver user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of the system.

• System Enhancements: Support continuous improvements, upgrades, integrations, and customizations within the BC environment.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure effective delivery and alignment with business objectives.

🟨What You Offer

• Βachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or another related field.

• At least 3+ years of proven experience with ERP systems—preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.

• Very good knowledge of English language.

🌟A great asset

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV implementations.

• Familiarity with other major ERP systems such as SAP Business One, Oracle, or similar.

• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Microsoft Dynamics/Business Central certifications.
