About the position
The ideal candidate will join a team of well-established, high caliber professionals, passionate to offer quality and excellent levels of service to clients in the Greek and International markets in the fields of HR Systems (Performance Management, Rewards, Organizational Structure, Career Planning and Succession, etc.), Psychometric Assessment (360 evaluations, Psychometric Assessments, Team Assessments, Leadership Development, etc.) and HR Development Supporting Services (set up of HR Strategy and Planning, Systems Design and Deployment, continuous support and coaching to people).
The main focus of the role is to provide outstanding service to clients by:
- Being an indispensable part of the team in designing tailor-made HR systems that are fit for purpose (Employee Surveying, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Succession Planning)
- Actively participating in projects that are affecting HR strategic purposes (Job analysis, Role profiling, Competency framework, Role evaluation)
- Assuming a key role in defining and coaching the Talent Development strategy formulation & Strategic Workforce Planning (Upskilling, reskilling strategies, Digitalization assessment, Strategic learning roadmap)
- Designing, implementing and following-up by providing structured feedback projects related to psychometric, leadership and team dynamics assessments (Personality inventories, Cognitive ability tests, 360 assessments, Engagement assessments, Emotional Intelligence, etc.)
- Assisting with the full cycle of Assessment & Development centers, planning and executing the virtual execution full cycle (Exercise development, AC/DC coordination, Observation and Assessment, Reporting, Feedback giving)
- Being one of the key facilitators of Employee Excellence programs (lead employee excellence diagnosis and action planning through proprietary methodology)
- Lead HR development outsourcing programs (Policy and Procedure development, Systems development and implementation, people coaching and ongoing support)
What we are looking for:
- Degree in HR, Psychology, or relevant Business area
- 2-3 years of experience working on deployment of HR systems, either in house or in a consulting firm
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
