Our client, a leading Global Cards & Payments firm, is seeking an experienced Payments Product Project Manager to join their client’s commercial team to manage and oversee complex projects and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative payments solutions.

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience across the payments ecosystem—covering card schemes, digital payments, transaction processing, and industry regulations. Fluency in Greek and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize customer-centric digital payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product requirements.
• Analyze KPIs and user data to drive performance improvements.
• Advise client on scheme mandates (e.g., Click to Pay, Online Refunds) and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage complex scheme product implementations across multiple client programs.
• Lead project planning, stakeholder communication, and governance to meet timelines and budgets.

This is a full-time, 12-month contractual role based on-site in Athens, Greece, with a strong possibility of extension.
