What you will do:

As an IT Business Analyst, you will be acting an interface between business units and IT teams to:

• Elicit, articulate, and analyze business and technological needs. Facilitate requirements collection & analysis and translate them to technical specifications (RfPs) to implement digital solutions.
• Support the selection of new Enterprise Applications that are the right “fit” aligned with business needs. Produce RfP documentation and co-evaluate proposals. Coordinate the PM activities for the business migration to the new solutions.
• Identify opportunities for improving business processes by adopting digital solutions.
• Manage Enterprise Applications AMS contracts and budgeting.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or another related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in similar size company as IT Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in IT Project Management in Digital Transformation programs.
• Active involvement in Agile-developed initiatives.
• CCBA (Certification of Capability in Business Analysis) or equivalent will be considered as an advantage.
• Professional-level efficiency, written and verbal communication in English and Greek.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
