Your role: As a Site Acquisition & Licensing Coordinator, you among others identify and manage the acquisition lifecycle of suitable sites for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure, considering technical, legal, and environmental factors.

How you will contribute to our success:

  • Review Design engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions;
  • Identify barriers to application approval, keeping relevant parties informed, and troubleshooting resolutions to decrease delays and/or expenses;
  • Track and follow up on pending applications to ensure they are obtained within strict time frames;
  • Actively seek to develop business rapport with licensing stakeholders, utility representatives, contractors, and vendors, exhibiting professionalism while representing the company;
  • Cooperate and communicate effectively with the Engineering and Construction teams;
  • Design technical plans required by local authorities;
  • Collect all necessary paperwork for the issuance of necessary permits and submission before competent authorities;
  • Company representation and communication with public services
  • Manage site acquisition and licensing procedures, including but not limited to Site Investigation Reports (SIR), Site Survey reports (SSR), City Planning Applications, etc.

To be a fit you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years previous working experience in similar telecommunications and/or infrastructure projects;
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, telecommunications, or a related field;
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities;
  • Very good command of the English language;
  • Advanced MS Office skills;
  • Driving License B’;
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
