The "B2B / FTTS Engineer" is responsible for the Deployment of fiber optic networks B2B / FTTS by supervising progress across the construction sites.

Main Tasks / Competencies:

• Subcontractors’ supervision and coordination 
• Coordinates and controls the implementation of the plans / studies of the Fiber Optic Network Infrastructure construction projects according to the established schedules and technical specifications
• Collaborates with the rest of the project teams regarding the optimal handling of the problems that arise
• Monitor and evaluation of all subcontractor teams´ daily activities.
• Keep track of remaining resources and materials inventory
• Report to the Top Management regarding the projects´ status.
• Validate subcontractors’ certifications, as built.

Basic Requirements / Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree , majoring in Telecommunications / Electronics / Electrical Engineering or other relevant specialty
• Exeperience in the development of fiber optic infrastructure and networks
• 1-2 years, proven Experience on civil and optic fiber works 
• Knowledge of fiber technologies and materials
• Knowledge of safety procedures, techniques and equipment
• Problem solving, analytical skills to assess special situations.
• Organization and planning skills to prioritize and balance work.
• Project Management.
• Operation of GIS systems and ability to read plans and maps.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Communication skills.
• Flexibility & adaptability.
• Orientation to the result.
