Office Location: Sani Resort, Chalkidiki, Greece

Department: Facilities/ Operations

Contract: Full time / Permanent

 

Your main responsibility

  • Monitor and report on the annual maintenance budget progress of the Group.
  • Perform market research regarding technical supplies and services contracts of the Group.
  • Monitor legislation obligations relating to technical and licensing matters.
  • Perform project management on various one off - standalone projects, to ensure their timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Group's environmental strategy, to achieve the sustainability goals.
  • Coordinate the Maintenance Departments of the Group, based on the agreed technical solutions,  with the aim of achieving uniformity and benchmarking application.
  • Visit premises regularly and perform on site audits regarding the proper implementation of MEP related norms.
  • Advise Sani Resort's Safety Engineer on potential improvements regarding the staff's health and safety at work, to improve working conditions of personnel.
  • Monitor technical operations and energy consumption of hotels and updates the relevant databases.
  • Follow the tour operators’ health and safety requirements procedure and provides suggestions to   ensure cost effective defects restoration.

 Your main qualifications/skills

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience
  • Potent in English language (speaking and writing).
  • In-depth knowledge of CAD software.
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite 2016 or later.
  • Solution-oriented and proactive personality.
  • Good communication skills would be considered an asset.
