Develop Trust has the design, construction and development of plots, alteration and redevelopments of buildings in Athens city center and suburbs. Construction has been one of the main goals of our company. We create the building structures with luxury design and top quality materials.
We have 50 buildings' constructions and renovations. More than 10 buildings are planned each year, in the next three years
The Role:
Our Engineers Team is expanding and we’re looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a strong customer oriented, supportive and friendly team. This role would suit a highly-driven individual, interested in working in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction and renovation Projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitoring Projects’ Time Schedule
- Inspection of various properties projects incl. Residential, Commercial etc.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of proven professional experience, preferably in construction supervision.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Advanced MS office & CAD software knowledge.
- Team oriented personality.
- Driving License required.
- Military Obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
