Our company is the Greek branch of Delsk group with offices in Athens. Delsk was founded in 2008. Over the years, Delsk has established its presence by partnering with over 750 enterprises across the globe.
Develop Trust has the design, construction and development of plots, alteration and redevelopments of buildings in Athens city center and suburbs. Construction has been one of the main goals of our company. We create the building structures with luxury design and top quality materials.
We have 50 buildings' constructions and renovations. More than 10 buildings are planned each year, in the next three years.
The Role:
We are seeking Civil Engineer to join our team in Athens, to support properties purchase by doing technical due diligence and to coordinate the technical part of purchase and resell contracts . The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of the local regulation and legalization law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect properties (apartments, buildings, plots) and do technical due diligence
- Monitor legalizations and ID issuing
- Contact with 3rd parties (Seller’s engineer, Notary, lawyer) to coordinate the technical part of purchase
- Issue resell documents
Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineer
- Deep knowledge of the building regulations and legalization laws
- 1 year of related professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek & English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient user of AutoCAD and MS Office
- Team oriented personality.
- High levels of creativity and imagination
- Driving License required.
