Responsibilities

• Responsible for Facilities Maintenance & Management of the Resort
• Diagnose, maintain, and coordinate repair of MEP infrastructure within the Resort.
• Develop, implement, and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize energy consumption & energy costs.       
• Supervise current and new projects on Site. 
• Responsible for the HSE compliance across the Resort.
• Ensure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly.
• Set departmental KPI’s, work schedules, budgets, policies and procedures
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Electrical or Mechanical degree from an accredited University (AEI)
• At least 10 years of experience in renovation , refurbishment works of medium to large scale projects
• At least 5 years of experience at hotel projects
• Deep understanding of maintenance and facilities management
• Sound knowledge of HSE requirements both during construction and operation
• Previous experience in P/V systems and environmental friendly technologies will be highly appreciated
• Fluent in English
• Excellent PC and Reporting skills
• Ability to manage resources , budget and time
