Manpowergroup on behalf of a client “Tecnilab AV Hellas” is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer (Electrical) to lead and expand its Energy Management Business Unit in the Greek market.

📍 Work Model: Hybrid / On-site & client visits
🖋️ Reporting to: General Manager & Sales Director
🎯 Role Purpose
In coordination with top management, this role is responsible for driving strategic growth in the Greek energy market, focusing on:
- Energy efficiency solutions
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Measurement, control & protection solutions
- Renewable energy assets, industrial facilities, substations & transmission networks
This role also ensures operational efficiency, business sustainability, customer satisfaction and team competency development.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
Lead Management
- Identify and capture leads in the energy market
- Assess technical feasibility and business potential
- Prioritize opportunities aligned with BU strategy and ROI
- Maintain a strong and continuous opportunity pipeline
Opportunity Development
- Analyze technical requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Develop optimal conceptual solutions
- Ensure alignment with profitability targets and timelines
Proposal Management
- Coordinate technical & commercial proposal preparation
- Validate pricing, margins and commercial terms
- Ensure high-quality and timely submissions
Negotiation with Clients & Suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs and performance targets
- Manage supplier agreements and risk exposure
- Achieve sustainable win-win agreements
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Define KPIs and performance targets
- Promote innovation in energy solutions
- Develop team’s technical and commercial capabilities
✅ Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in a similar role
or at least 4 years as Project Manager / Specialist in relevant area - Experience in the energy sector (Energy Efficiency, BESS, Renewables, Substations, Transmission)
- Strong understanding of energy business processes
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Fluent in English
