Metiscon is a medium-sized company from the Management Consulting Industry with Project Portfolio regarding Telecommunications and Infrastructure Constructions with Headquarters in Greece and branch Office in Germany. We are looking for a Hausbegeher (Building Inspector) for Fttx Projects across Germany.

Job Location: Frankfurt, Germany.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Conducting on-site home inspections for FTTx deployments
• Work independently after training and manage daily schedules.
• No sales activities required – customers have already signed a contract with the network provider
• Preparing house inspection reports, including comprehensive photo documentation
• Collecting, processing, verifying, and assigning inspection data within the internal documentation system
• Ensuring data accuracy and completeness for engineering and construction teams
• Acting as an interface between customers, planners, and technical departments

Qualifications And Skills

• Preferably a University Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Previous experience with Fiber Optic Networks is considered an advantage.
• Good communication skills and a professional, polite attitude when dealing with customers.
• Possess a basic technical understanding of fiber-optic connections and installations
• Confident in using modern digital tools and equipment for on-site documentation
• Able to work independently, reliably, and with a high level of responsibility
• Show initiative, commitment, and attention to detail
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Hold a valid Class B driving license
