Civil Engineer – Sunmix Investment

Sunmix Investment is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and supervising construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include on-site project oversight, budget and cost control, comprehensive project inspections, and coordination of building permit applications.

The ideal applicant will possess strong organizational and analytical abilities, with proven experience in scheduling project timelines, managing technical documentation and studies, and preparing detailed progress and compliance reports.

We value professionals who demonstrate initiative, precision, and a commitment to quality and efficiency in every phase of project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Polytechnical University or University.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in project management within the field.
• Comprehensive understanding of GOK and NOK standards.
• Exceptional proficiency in English.
• Advanced skills in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Registered membership with the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).
• Valid driver’s license.
