Oikos Property Developments is a fast-growing company that operates in property development. Our mission is to improve our customers’ experience to the maximum. For this purpose, we would like to include in our team a Interior Designer for permanent occupation.

Your tasks:

• Develop design concepts and present ideas
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and deliver full sets of implementation drawings for execution
• Optionally supervise site work to ensure accurate design realization

Your Profile:

• Degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects
• Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
• Ability to produce comprehensive implementation drawings (construction details, floor plans, electrical layouts, lighting plans, etc.)
• Creativity, professionalism, and time management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
