Your main purpose

Provide comprehensive support to Project Managers by coordinating schedules and activities, ensuring smooth project execution and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and suppliers
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
Organize and prepare materials for project meetings, such as agendas, presentations, and practices, to support effective decision-making processes.
Assist in monitoring project expenses and budgets, prepare financial summaries, and ensure alignment with financial goals.
Coordinate with suppliers for the purchase of materials, ensuring compliance with timeframes, delivery specifications, and project requirements.

Assist in monitoring compliance with internal standards and external regulations, support in researching construction methods, materials, and regulations, and provide support to resolve project-related issues.

 
What will you bring?
 
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in a construction or project management role, with a preference for exposure to construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software (e.g., MS Project optional, AutoCAD, PowerPoint, Excel important), with an understanding of construction terminology and practices.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate effective communication among diverse groups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, support project goals and objectives, adapt to changing project requirements and work environments, and proactively approach problem-solving.
