We are looking for our SIXT Division, a Reservation Agent who is passionate about supporting customers and has a strong achievement drive.

What you will be called to work on:

• Handle inbound calls and email inquiries from customers
• Meet sales goals
• Organize customer reservations
• Handle complaints and resolve customer service issues

Who you are:

• A sales enthusiast who has a Bachelor’s degree, exceptional organizational skills and experience with the MS Office Suite
• An excellent communicator in both Greek & English with 5+ years of relevant experience in a call canter
• An individual with a transformative mindset and flexibility to work in shifts
