Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound requests via phone, chat, email, messaging, social or other channels in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide possible solutions and ensure that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
  • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
  • Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Bring a “Customer Comes First” mentality everyday.
  • Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • 1-year minimum experience working in a call center, sales, customer-support role or pet store.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, caring and consistent individual.
  • Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong MS Excel skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Team player, with a strong work ethic and high sentiment of adaptability and accountability
  • Fluency in English (Written and Oral).
  • Experience with online purchases
  • Critical thinking skills and proficiency in problem-solving
  • Passion for pets - pet parent way of thought
