Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound requests via phone, chat, email, messaging, social or other channels in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and provide possible solutions and ensure that clients feel supported and valued.
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Bring a “Customer Comes First” mentality everyday.
- Maintain a sense of ownership, be a self-starter and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
- 1-year minimum experience working in a call center, sales, customer-support role or pet store.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, caring and consistent individual.
- Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
- Proficiency with computers, especially with CRM software, and strong MS Excel skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Team player, with a strong work ethic and high sentiment of adaptability and accountability
- Fluency in English (Written and Oral).
- Experience with online purchases
- Critical thinking skills and proficiency in problem-solving
- Passion for pets - pet parent way of thought
