We are looking for a Team Manager (German + English) to join our team in Greece. You will be working for our client, one of the biggest online accommodation providers worldwide.
Your duties and responsibilities:
• Enhancing the performance and efficiency of the team
• Managing people under agreed development plans
• Managing staff efficiency (workload distribution, scheduling and absenteeism)
• Responsible for providing operational reports and reviews (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually)
• Drive employees’ satisfaction and development
• Communicating company’s policies & procedures to the team
• Managing the call patterns and offline tasks to achieve agreed service level
• Preparing schedules and vacation plans, monitoring, timekeeping and labor time recording
• Evaluating and monitoring the quality and performance of the agents
Your profile:
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in German (C1)
• Ability to communicate written and verbal in English (at least B2)
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Knowledge of applications, on-line tools and processes
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to show empathy and motivate the team remotely
• Flexibility and ability to handle changes
