ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company in the dermocosmetics and healthcare sector with a strong presence in the pharmacy channel, is looking for a Customer Service Associate to join its Operations team. 

 

📌 Location: Marousi 

⏰ Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30-16:30 or 09:00-17:00 

📍 Work Model: On-site 

📄 Contract Type: Fixed-term contract with the prospect of renewal 

 

What you will do: 

As a Customer Service & Order Management Associate,  you will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, supporting the smooth execution of order-to-delivery processes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 

More specifically, you will: 

• Act as a first point of contact for customer requests, providing guidance and resolving issues efficiently  

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of orders, deliveries, and invoicing  

• Contribute to the proper maintenance and update of customer and product information in internal systems  

• Support commercial activities and initiatives related to the pharmacy network  

• Monitor order flow and assist in maintaining optimal stock levels 

 

What we are looking for: 

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or related roles 

• Familiarity with order processing or ERP systems (MS Dynamics is a plus)  

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel  

• Good command of English  

• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset  

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks  

• Team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach
